W&W is proud to present, our friends, the one, the only, the dynamic duo of Chris and Toni Wheaton. Their company is called Barton Creek Weddings. These two filmmakers have chosen to use their super powers for the good of mankind.  Filming fabulous weddings for good people, they have an eye for details and excellent taste, which are just two of the qualities which put them on the list of our peeps.

If you know these two, you know that one is rarely seen without the other.  I like that fact that they are so in love without being all gross about it, like when Angelina was married to Billy Bob Thornton. (ok, I got off track)  As a husband and wife team ourselves, Meridith and I can appreciate both the hilariousness as well as the ridiculousness of being married while also running a business.  For example, as I write this, I’m really supposed to be doing something that Meridith asked me to do yesterday.  I won’t get in trouble now, but when I do get in trouble for something else next week, this will come up.

Anyway, let’s talk about Chris and Toni, or better yet, let’s talk with them.  I asked them a few questions recently and here’s what they had to say:

W&W: If you could be any character in 'The Office' for one day, who would it be and why? Toni:  Pam "I feel God in this Chili's tonight, woooohoooo" Chris:  Michael Scott "People ask me, would you rather be feared or loved, um easy, I want people to be afraid of how much they love me"  W&W: Toni- Flip-flops or boots? Toni: Boots  W&W: What's your all time favorite movie? Toni: The Devil Wears Prada Chris: Lord of the Rings W&W: Chris- What's your favorite sport and what is your least favorite? Chris:  Favorite: Basketball Least Favorite: Women's Basketball W&W: When did you realize that you had a passion for creating wedding films? Toni: The first time I watched one online Chris: When a bride looked at me and said, "I love my wedding film more than my husband." (The couple was divorced 6 months later)  W&W: If you were super heroes, what super powers would you want to have? Toni: Mind control because I would love to make people do what I want them to Chris: I see myself as Batman, I have no super powers but I am impossible to defeat and I look amazing in black tights and a cape   W&W: If you could meet anyone who is alive right now who would it be and what would you ask them? Toni: Anne Hathaway, "Can we be friends?" (as a side note from the editor-OMG I love me some Anne Hathaway too!) Chris: Waldo because I've been searching for him for a really long time, "Where are you?" W&W:  In a nutshell, what is your philosophy for filming a wedding? Toni + Chris: Create a film that tells the unique story of each couple that they want to watch over and over again Thanks for playing!
