The late 90s found the world of product photography in an very monochromatic place.  Big, soft light and muted color pallets were an influence of the Pottery Barn catalogs of the time and so many other clients wanted a similar look.  With the help of a set designer I created this image for Bassett Furniture in studio B, set 11 at Kreber in Highpoint.  My best guess is that this image was made in 1998.  Camera was a 4×5 Sinar F1.  Film was Kodak EPP.
